Terms of Service

Touch Technology Pty Ltd — Effective 1 May 2026

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Skipper ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Skipper on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

Skipper is a hybrid human–AI operations platform. It allows organisations to model org charts, delegate tasks to AI agents, and manage workflows across teams using connected Google Workspace services.

Skipper accesses your Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Drive Activity, and Google Meet data solely to perform tasks you explicitly delegate through the platform. You may revoke this access at any time from your Google Account settings or from within Skipper.

Skipper and its underlying software are owned by Touch Technology Pty Ltd. Your data remains yours. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Touch Technology Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" during the beta period.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
