1. Who we are

Touch Technology Pty Ltd ("Skipper", "we", "us") operates the Skipper platform at skipper.work. We build hybrid human–AI operations software that helps organisations delegate work to AI agents.

2. What data we collect

• Account data: name, email address, and profile information from your Google account when you sign in with Google.
• Google Workspace data: with your explicit consent, we access Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Drive Activity, and Google Meet data solely to perform tasks you delegate to Skipper agents.
• Usage data: task metadata, audit logs, and application analytics (no email or file content is retained in analytics).

3. How we use your data

We use your data only to provide the Skipper service:

• Authenticating you and managing your workspace account.
• Executing tasks delegated to Skipper agents on your behalf (e.g. sending an approved email, scheduling a calendar event, processing a meeting transcript into action items).
• Maintaining an audit trail of agent actions for your organisation's records.

We do not sell your data, use it to train machine learning models, or share it with third parties except where required by law.

4. Google API data

Skipper's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

• Google user data is used only to provide or improve user-facing features within the Skipper platform.
• Data is not used for serving advertisements or for any purpose other than the service you requested.
• No Google user data is shared with humans except as necessary to provide the service, and only with your authorisation.

5. Data retention

• Task audit metadata is retained for 90 days, then deleted.
• Email, file, and meeting transcript content is processed in-context and is not persisted after the task session ends.
• You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

6. Your rights

You may at any time: access your data, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, and revoke Google permissions from your Google Account settings or from the Skipper connected accounts page.

7. Security

All data is transmitted over TLS. OAuth refresh tokens are stored encrypted at rest. We conduct regular security reviews and access controls are enforced by role.
